Each 50-minute session is $150 for individuals, nonprofits, governments, and sole proprietors or $250 for corporations and businesses. Clients can schedule time with me as needed, including a one-time session or ongoing coaching on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Any assessments are billed separately or can be built into a package. Contact me for pricing for group coaching.

Strategic Planning work can vary dramatically depending on the scope of their work. Most strategic plans are now created for shorter periods and updated more frequently. I assume the organization will operationalize the plan details. Plans (including pre and post work) range from 16 hours on the low end for just facilitation to over 100 hours on the high end for facilitation and conducting the actual planning.

Organizational change and capacity building encompasses an array of services that are designed to help organizations deal with transitions in programs, services, funding, staffing or leadership. I can help organizations plan and implement new projects and initiatives or make improvements to existing systems to optimize their functioning. Thus, hours required for this work can vary greatly.

Although the scope of work can vary in duration, typically it takes the form of a half or full day retreat. With pre and post working, these brief interventions will range from 10 to 25 hours of consulting time.  I am also available to help organizations that need ongoing work to resolve more complex board or staff dynamics to build trust and good working relationships.
